Delicious Dahl
This is a vegan recipe, and is the best Dahl I've ever had! So simple yet so delicious.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients
1 cup red dry lentils
1 tomato
1 brown onion
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon veggie stock
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 clove of garlic
3 cups water
1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
Cut up the tomato and onion to 1 cm x 1 cm
Finely cut clove of garlic or use 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
Add all ingredients into a pot and simmer for 15 minutes, or until lentils are cooked
Wait to cool and serve with rice
