Peanut Butter. It's safe to say it’s ruined more diets across the world than any other food. It's sweet, salty, and fatty enough to be eaten in both desserts and main meals.
However why does something this delicious need to be so bad for us? Why did the powers that be have to load the glorious butter of peanuts with so many calories?

This recipe is extremely easy and quick to make.
Ingredients 100 grams of PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
80 grams of Cocoa
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup of granulated stevia mix (such as Natvia)
½ cup of coconut flour
½ cup of plain flour
½ cup of Almond Milk
Preheat oven to 180 C. Like a 5cm deep, 18cm square pan with non-stick paper.
In a bowl blend all the ingredients with a hand held mixer or whisk.
Pour ingredients into pan and bake on 180 for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and wait to cool. Once cool, enjoy with your favourite accompaniments.
I just cooked this recipe and made it to the same ingredients. My slice is very very dry. it seems to be lacking moisture. is something missing from your ingredients? I could not pour the mixture I had to press it into the tin like a biscuit slice.
