Ingredients
280g margarine
280g self-raising white flour
280g caster sugar
4 eggs
4 bananas
1 tbsp icing sugar
Method
Pre-heat the oven to 180 ༠C/ 160 ༠C fan/375༠F/5 Gas.
Chop the banana, then beat all the ingredients together and pour the mixture into a rectangular cake tin.
Bake for twenty minutes in the oven.
Dust the cake with icing sugar.
