Easy Cup Cakes

This is a yummy cup cake. It is very easy to make. Just follow the simple steps. Children will love it.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Makes: 10

Ingredients
2 cups self raising flour
11/2 cup sugar
2 tsp milk
1 cup butter
3 egg
11/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 drop vanilla

Method

Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

Whip eggs,sugar,butter and vanilla.

Add dry ingredients into the liquid ingredients and blend well.

Combine well mixing from the middle of the bowl. The result should have a cup cake mix consistency.

Spoon into cup cake moulds.

Bake in an oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.

Test if the cup cakes are ready by poking in a toothpick. If toothpick comes out dry they are ready. Take out of the oven.

Serve.
