Easy Delicious Mango Raita Dessert
This is a healthy, delicious and easy dessert to make. Ready in just a few minutes, you can use fresh mangoes which will be plentiful and cheap shortly.

Makes: 2 - 3 servings
Ingredients
1 ripe mango, chopped
1 cup yoghurt, plain
1 tbsp honey
Few strands of saffron
2 tbsp slivered or sliced almonds
Method
Dissolve the saffron threads in a tsp of warm water - the water will turn an orange colour.
Put the yoghurt in a bowl and add the honey.
Mix or whisk until it is smooth.
Add the saffron water into the yoghurt mixture.
Add the chopped pieces of mango and the almonds.
Mix well, and serve!
Can be made ahead, and is refreshing, healthy and delicious.
