Easy Scrambled Egg Open Sandwich

Scrambled eggs make the perfect breakfast for relaxing weekend when you feel like a good breakfast that takes no time to prepare and cook.



Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Makes: 2 servings

Ingredients
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
a pinch of salt
1 tablespoon butter
4 slices bread, toasted
2 slices cheese
black pepper, to serve
dried parsley, to serve

Method
  • In a jug, beat the eggs with milk and salt.



  • Melt the butter in a non-stick frying pan.



  • Pour in half of the egg mixture.



  • Use a wooden spoon to cut through the eggs from outside towards inside.



  • Repeat with the remaining half of the egg mixture.

  • Serve on top of toast with cheese. Sprinkle with some parsley and black pepper.
