This can be used as a filling for pies, buns or naan. The minced meat is flavored with sprouted fenugreek leaves which are rich in minerals like copper, potassium, calcium, iron, selenium, zinc, manganese, and magnesium. They are also rich in many vital vitamins that are essential nutrients for optimum health, including thiamin, pyridoxine (vitamin B6), folic acid, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin A, and vitamin C.

Ingredients
500g minced meat
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin powder
Fresh coriander leaves chopped
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 bay leaves
2 onions diced
Salt to taste
4 tomatoes (chopped) or 2 tbsp tomato purée
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp paprika powder
2 tbsp sprouted fenugreek leaves
1 cup fresh peas
Method
Heat olive oil in a saucepan and on medium heat, sautee onion and ginger-garlic paste.
Add cumin seeds and bay leaves and fry until the seeds splutter. You may add a little of water to prevent it from sticking to the base of the pan.

Stir in spices and tomatoes and leave to simmer until oil separates from the mixture.

Leave to simmer for a few minutes before throwing in peas and sprouted fenugreek leaves. Add salt to taste.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
