Feta and Pomegranate Salad

Delicious, quick, and healthy broccoli and pomegranate salad.



Preparation Time: 1 minute
Cooking Time: 8 minutes
Makes: 1 servings

Ingredients
1 bunch of tender stem broccoli
A handful of mangetout
1cm thick of feta cheese
A handful of pomegranate seeds

Method

  • Wash the vegetables and add to a frying pan. Turn the heat to medium and add 1 tsp of olive oil and stir every now and again for 8 minutes.



  • Transfer the vegetables to a plate and crumble over the feta and top with the pomegranate seeds.
