Fish Teriyaki
Teriyaki is a Japanese dish dish with a special sauce, which is used to gloss (teri) the meat or fish and is either grilled or pan-fried (yaki). Usually a noodle dish, this recipe uses courgetti.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 6 minutes
Serves: 2
Ingredients
2 white fish fillets
1 courgette (zucchini)
2 spring onions
4 cherry tomatoes
80g prawns
1 tsp ground ginger
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
½ tbsp apple cider vinegar
Method
Spiralise the courgette and quarter the tomatoes.
Chop the spring onions, and mix with the ginger, soy sauce, honey, and vinegar.
Fry the fish in the sauce for three minutes.
Add the courgetti, tomatoes, and prawns, and fry for another three minutes.
