Flour Free Sugar Free Bread
My partner and I have been on a carb free, sugar free diet and this recipe has revolutionised the way we eat by enabling us to reintroduce many of our favourite meals. This is the easiest recipe.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 2
Ingredients
3 eggs, separated
1/4 tsp bicarbonate soda
3 tbs natural yoghurt
Method
Preheat your oven to 160 degrees.
Separate the eggs into 2 bowls.
To the yolks, add the yoghurt.
Mix well until combined.
To the egg whites, add the bicarbonate soda.
With a beater, beat the egg whites until they form peaks.
Pour the yolk mixture into the whites.
Gently fold the yolk through the fluffy egg whites.
On a baking paper lined tray, evenly divide the mixture into 6 portions.
Spread the mixture to make 6 even circles.
Put the tray into the oven and cook for 30 minutes.
When the bread is golden brown, remove from the oven and allow them to sit for at least 45 minutes.
