This is a twist on the classic French toast. It's so yummy you will want to eat it all the time. But being what it is, it's only a sometimes food.

Dusted and ready to eat
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minis
Makes: 2 cigars
Ingredients
2 slices of bread crust removed
2 teaspoons of cocopure (organic spread to replace nutella) or peanut cacao spread
1 egg
1 tablespoon of agave nectar
2 tablespoons of nuttelex
Icing sugar to dust.
Method
Using a rolling pin flatten out the bread.

Spread cocopure or peanut cacao spread onto your bread leaving an edge.

Roll into cigars and set aside.
Whisk egg with agave nectar and dip cigars in making sure each side is well coated.
Place nuttelex into a fry pan to melt.
When fry pan is hot add in cigars and cook on each side until golden brown.

When ready place on a serving plate, dust with icing sugar and serve immediately.
Notes
-If you can't get cocopure or peanut cacao spread you can use Nutella or Nutella and peanut butter.
