Fried Egg Omelette with Kimchi

The Yellow color of eggs, the spicy and sour of Kim chi make the meal more delicious. It’s simple to make.


Preparation Time: 3 minutes
Cooking Time: 3 minutes
Makes: 1- 2 servings

Ingredients:
4 eggs
50 g kimchi
50 g beef mince
oil, seasoning ( salt and pepper)



Method
  • Slice kimchi into small pieces.



  • Pour little oil into a pan. After the oil is hot, put sliced kimchi, beef mince and seasoning into the pan. Stir them well until beef cooked.



  • Separate egg yolks and white eggs into two bowls, and then beat them up with salt and pepper



  • Make the oil hot in the pan, then pour egg yolks into the pan first. After that, pour the white eggs on as the second layer. Finally, put the combination of kimchi and beef mince on the top and roll it.



  • Get it out and cut into bite sized after fried.
