This recipe was taught to me by a friend and I thought I would pass along to you.
This recipe is great to make when the grocery money is running low as potatoes are cheap. This recipe is also delicious AND addictive!
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Makes: 3 or more servings, depending on the size of the boiling pot you use.
Ingredients
Salt
Pepper
Vegetable oil
Russet potatoes
Ketchup or gravy
Method
Cut potatoes into slices, as many that will fill your boiling pot halfway.
Pour vegetable oil into the boiling pot, just enough to cover the potatoes.
Heat on high for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Serve with ketchup or gravy.
