Fried Zucchini Side Dish
Fried zucchini makes a tasty side dish to any meat based meal, from fish to steak.
It can also make a great snack for vegetarians and can be adjusted to suit paleo diets as well.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 - 10 minutes
Makes: 2 servings
Ingredients
1 or 2 large zucchinis
2 - 3 cups milk
3 cups flour
Bread crumbs
Vegetable oil
Method
Heat oil to medium heat in frying pan
Slice zucchini into bowl of milk and coat generously
Add slices to bag containing flour, shake to coat
Remove and add slices to milk again to wet
Add slices to bag of bread crumbs and shake to coat again
Fry each slice until golden brown
