Fried Zucchini Side Dish

Fried zucchini makes a tasty side dish to any meat based meal, from fish to steak.
It can also make a great snack for vegetarians and can be adjusted to suit paleo diets as well.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 - 10 minutes
Makes: 2 servings

Ingredients
1 or 2 large zucchinis
2 - 3 cups milk
3 cups flour
Bread crumbs
Vegetable oil

Method
  • Heat oil to medium heat in frying pan
  • Slice zucchini into bowl of milk and coat generously
  • Add slices to bag containing flour, shake to coat
  • Remove and add slices to milk again to wet
  • Add slices to bag of bread crumbs and shake to coat again
  • Fry each slice until golden brown
