Fruit Smoothie
The perfect drink for a hot summer day in Australia!
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 2 servings
Ingredients
1 punnet strawberries
1/4 mango
1/4 rockmelon
1/4 honeydew melon
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup milk
6 ice cubes
Method
Chop up all the fruit into little pieces and place into a blender.
Blend the fruit till you get a smooth liquid.
Add ice cubes, sugar and milk into the blender.
Mix all ingredients in the blender till you get the desired consistency.
Fill two glasses half-empty each with the drink.
Top off with more milk to get the right consistency for a smoothie.
