Garlic Bread Twist
A popular starter at pizza restaurants, garlic bread can also be made easily at home, and tastes deliciously fresh.

Ingredients
600g white bread flour
50g wholemeal bread flour
1 tsp ground garlic
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp ground parsley
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
7g fast action yeast
425ml water
3 tbsp garlic flavoured rapeseed oil
1 tbsp olive oil
Method
Mix together flours, yeast, salt, and water to form a dough.
Rub the dough in 1 tbsp garlic oli and knead for ten minutes.
Prove the dough of an hour.
Mix the rosemary, parsley, and garlic with 2 tbsp garlic oil.
Roll out the dough and brush the oil over the surface.
Roll up the dough like a swiss roll, and cut it length ways down the centre, leaving one end attached.
Twist the two lengths of dough and weave them together, before joining the ends to make a ring.
Prove for another 45 minutes.
Pre-heat the oven to 220 & #3872 ;C/ 200 & #3872 ;C fan/425 & #3872 ;F/7 Gas
Mix 1 tbsp olive oil with the black pepper and brush half over the dough.
Bake in the oven for 35 minutes, then brush with the remaining pepper oil.
