Ginger Sesame Salmon

Here is a delicious recipe for salmon that is both fast and easy. Dinner in about 20 minutes!


Preparation Time: 3 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Makes: 2 servings

Ingredients
450 g fresh salmon, skin on
2 tbs sesame oil
1 tsp soy Sauce
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
1 large clove of garlic through press
1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger root
3 tsp melted butter
3 lemon wedges
2 green onions, chopped

Method
  • Combine sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, sesame seeds, pressed garlic, grated ginger, and the juice of one lemon wedge in pan. Mix together.

  • Place salmon, skin side UP in pan.

  • Cook salmon, uncovered on medium high heat until browned slightly.

  • Cover, turn heat to low, cook for an additional 15 minutes.

  • Flip salmon over with spatula, cover with melted butter, additional lemon juice and garnish with green onions.
