Ginger Sesame Salmon
Here is a delicious recipe for salmon that is both fast and easy. Dinner in about 20 minutes!
Preparation Time: 3 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Makes: 2 servings
Ingredients
450 g fresh salmon, skin on
2 tbs sesame oil
1 tsp soy Sauce
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
1 large clove of garlic through press
1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger root
3 tsp melted butter
3 lemon wedges
2 green onions, chopped
Method
Combine sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, sesame seeds, pressed garlic, grated ginger, and the juice of one lemon wedge in pan. Mix together.
Place salmon, skin side UP in pan.
Cook salmon, uncovered on medium high heat until browned slightly.
Cover, turn heat to low, cook for an additional 15 minutes.
Flip salmon over with spatula, cover with melted butter, additional lemon juice and garnish with green onions.
