This cake is made with a surprise ingredient, White chokos. They are a great vegetable that doesn't have much flavour but they are full of goodness. Fibre and vitamin c to name a few and they are naturally low in fat. They make this cake moist and you can't even tell they are there.

Makes: 1 small loaf cake
Ingredients
1 1/2 banana mashed
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup of gluten free
1/3 coconut flour
1 choko puréed
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup coconut palm sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons coconut oil
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
For choko purée cut chokos into quarters and then each in half. When soft allow to cool and scoop out chokos flesh and make sure to remove any seeds.

Boil chokos until soft
Purée with a stick blender.
Combine coconut oil, choko purée, banana, cinnamon, and vanilla and mix on low speed.
Add in eggs one at a time.
When eggs are well combined add in both flours.
When well incorporated spoon into a lined loaf tin and bake for 55 minutes.
