Gluten Free Vegan Ice cream
Going vegan and gluten free you may think you can't enjoy your favourite treats like ice cream, but this recipe proves you wrong. You can still eat sweet, tasty foods that meet your dietary requirements.

Ingredients
5 ripe bananas
Almond butter (optional)
Honey (for those gluten-free)
Method
Ripe bananas
Put the ripe bananas in the freezer and leave for 2 hours.
Pop them in the freezer
After freezing the bananas remove the skins with a knife.

Chopped, skinned bananas
Transfer the frozen bananas to a food processor.

And blend
Blended bananas
When you initially blend the bananas they may just look like chopped bananas. At this stage scrape the sides down and blend again for 1 minute until it turns smooth.
Vegan, Gluten Free Ice cream
Enjoy with a few tablespoons of almond butter, or drizzled with a little honey. YUM.
