Ingredients
50 grams of Goats Cheese
5 Asparagus Spears
2 Cups Baby Spinach
1 can Brown Lentils
Method
Chop and microwave the asparagus spears
Chop the goats cheese into approx. 1 cm cubes
Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix
