Sweet gooey oats, made with golden syrup and baked in the oven.

Ingredients
500g porridge oats
250g margarine
250g soft light brown sugar
4 tbsp golden syrup
Method
Pre-heat the oven to 180 ༠C/ 160 ༠C fan/325༠F/5 Gas.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Press the mixture into a greased baking tray and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Allow the flapjacks to cool completely before turning out and slicing into twelve rectangles.
