There is no rule as to what you should juice and we all know the greener, the better. It all depends on what you can stomach. Personally I don't mind drinking spinach or kale, especially when partnered with some fresh apples, kiwi or pears (as these ingredients take the bitterness out) but without doubt the key ingredient here is cucumber; it juices easily and is basically water, yet it is full of antioxidants and repairs your skin. I absolutely love juicing and experiment with juicing on a daily basis. It is not always about achieving sweetness or taste, as it is about achieving a beautiful drink that will literally give you a boost for life.
