This super healthy raw recipe is ideal for a quick breakfast, dessert or even an afternoon snack. You'll love it and so will your body.

Ingredients
1 small organic avocado
2 tsp organic palm sugar
1 tsp pure vanilla extract, organic if possible
2 tbsb almond milk, preferably homemade or unsweetened store bought
1 tbsp cocoa nibs for topping
Method
Remove peel and stone from avocado
Place avocado, palm sugar, vanilla and almond milk into a food processor and blitz until smooth
Spoon into your favourite dish and sprinkle with cocoa nibs. Eat and enjoy!
