Green Salad
We're always being told to eat our greens, rich in iron and other great stuff! So here's a recipe full of them.

Ingredients
1/2 cucumber
1 spring onion
1 cup of lettuce
1/2 avocado
Method
chop the veggies however you like
place in a bowl
eat and enjoy!
