We're always being told to eat our greens, rich in iron and other great stuff! So here's a recipe full of them.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Makes: 2 servings

Ingredients
1/2 cucumber
1 spring onion
1 cup of lettuce
1/2 avocado

Method
  • chop the veggies however you like
  • place in a bowl
  • eat and enjoy!
