Green Tea and Mango Smoothies

Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 1 minute
Makes: 2 (in a cocktail/red wine size glass, otherwise 1)

All of the ingredients needed

1 Mango
1 Cup of (Cool) Green Tea (If previously hot, wait for the tea to cool down before use. Otherwise the tea from an already cool bottle can also be used)
1 tsp of Lime Juice (bottled or freshly squeezed is fine)
1 Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream

Pouring the green tea into the blender

Cut mango into quarters and slice off the skin, and cut down into smaller pieces. Then immediately put the mango pieces into the blender.
Place ice cream into the blender.
Pour green tea into the blender.
Apply the lime juice with the relevant teaspoon into the blender. Alternatively if you’re using a squeeze bottle, directly squeeze juice into the blender and stop after counting to five.
Ensuring that the blender lid is on and blender is turned on at the mains, blend for 60 seconds on medium-high range. There is no need to worry about the ice.
Pour and serve.
