Green tea is a popular flavour around Asia and is quickly gaining popularity all across the globe. This is a recipe for an easy Green Tea Pudding packed full of flavour. Serve it cold with evaporated milk, ice-cream, fresh fruits or anything you please.

Cooking Time: 10 minutes, 3 hour refrigeration
Makes: 4 servings
Ingredients
10g green tea powder
15g gelatin powder
100g rock sugar or 1 cup caster sugar
250ml evaporated milk
200ml milk
300ml water
Method
Boil 200ml water in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
Stir in the rock sugar or caster sugar until dissolved.
Sift in the green tea powder.
Stir until smooth and dissolved, set aside.
Meanwhile melt the gelatin in hot water.
Add the gelatin mixture into the green tea syrup.
Add in the milk and mix well.
Distribute the mixture evenly among the cups or molds.
Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.
Turn the pudding onto a plate by wrapping it with a hot towel and gently turn the mold upside down or serve inside the mold.
Serve cold with extra evaporated milk if preferred.
