Greens and Garlic Prawn StirFry
Need a yummy dinner in twenty minutes? Here’s a stir-fry that’s super quick and super easy. Substitute prawns with chicken or replace broccolini with cauliflower if you prefer.

Makes: 4 servings
Ingredients
Peanut oil
500g uncooked green prawn meat, washed and drained
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 bunch bok choy
1 bunch of broccolini
¼ cup oyster sauce
1 tablespoon garlic soy sauce
2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 pack Singapore style noodles
Method
Prepare noodles according to packet instructions.
Meanwhile, cut broccolini and bok choy into 3cm lengths.
Heat large frying pan or wok over high heat.
Add oil, swirling to coat surface of pan.
Add garlic; stir for 2 minutes or until fragrant.
Add prawns; stir-fry for 2 minutes or until prawns curl and become pink. Transfer to plate.
Removing prawns ensures they do not overcook.
Add bok choy and broccolini; stir-fry until just wilted or until they are to your liking.
Add cherry tomatoes; stir-fry until just collapsed.
Drain noodles; add to frying pan.
Stir through sauces and sesame seeds; stir-fry for 2 minutes or until heated through.
Serve immediately.
