Guilt Free Chocolate Mousse
This recipe has done the rounds on FB, but for those who haven’t tried it yet, this is the most unbelievable recipe for Chocolate Mousse: it contains no sugar, no eggs, no wheat, no dairy and no oil or margarine, but tastes just like Chocolate Mousse. I will not post a photo of the final product because you really have to see it with your own eyes to believe it. The truth is: it is so healthy it even has fruit in it!
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Chilling Time: 1 hour
Makes: 2 servings
Ingredients
1 avocado, peeled and seeded
¼ cup cocoa powder
¼ cup rice malt syrup
¼ cup almond or oat milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
(optional: 1 tablespoon of brown sugar)

Method
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree.
If you have a particularly sweet tooth you can add a tablespoon of brown sugar if you really must.
Scoop into two dessert bowls and chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.
