1/2 cup turkey breast shavings (you may use meat of your choice or exclude it altogether)
1 tbsp barbecue sauce
A pinch garlic powder
Pasta sauce
Cheese (one that will melt)

For making the tortilla
In a deep bowl, mix both the flours and salt. Add a tsp of oil and knead into a soft dough using water as needed. Once the dough is ready apply oil on top, cover and keep aside.
Knead to a soft dough
For the stuffing
In a pan, add the turkey shavings and broccoli. Add the barbecue sauce and sauté it well. Add the garlic powder. If salt was not used at the time of boiling broccoli, then season it accordingly.
Assembling the quesadilla
Make 4 equal balls of the dough. Roll out one ball into a thin round sheet.
Heat the pan and lightly roast the sheet on both sides. The tortilla is ready. (You may even use store bought tortilla sheets).
Lightly roast on both sides
Lay the tortilla on a surface. Spread pasta sauce.
On half the circle, sprinkle some cheese.
Then add the broccoli-turkey mixture. Refrain from over-filling.
Add the chopped lettuce and lastly top with some cheese.
Fold the tortilla in half. Put back on to the pan. Now keep some weight on it. As the cheese will melt it will seal both sides together.
Roast well on both sides to make it crispy. Use a pizza cutter to make triangles. Serve with sauce or dip of your choice.
