Quick Grilled Sandwiches

Quick and simple, but nutritious and filling snack for adults and children. Kids love cheese on toast and they go crazy for the mozzarella, which makes a nice change from the average cheddar

Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 3 minutes
Makes: 2 servings

2 slices of amaranth bread
2 slices of mozarella
Some ripped basil
4 cherry tomatoes
Half a tin of tuna
Half a ripe avocado

Get two slices on amaranth breath and put on seperate plates. Chop the tomatoes and layer on one slice of bread. Top with the mozarella and basil and put under the grill for 3 minutes

While the cheese grills prep your other slice. Put half a tin of tuna on top of the slice of bread. Chop the avocado and place on top of the tuna covered bread.

Remove the grilled slice of bread and put it alongside the tuna and avocado slice.

Amaranth snack

Now you have a choice of two: grilled cheese and tomato, or fresh avocado and tuna. You pick.
