Healthy Vegan Pancakes

Breakfast doesn't have to be boring with these healthy, nutritious pancakes you will feel like you are having dessert for breakfast.

These sugar free pancakes are perfect for the whole family, simply double the recipe if you are cooking for more than one person.

These vegan pancakes make you feel like you are eating dessert for breakfast and who doesnt want that


Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 1

Ingredients
1 ripe banana (peeled)
3 cups of organic oats
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 apple (chopped)
1 tbsp choc shot chocolate syrup

Method
  • Add the banana, oats, almond milk and cinnamon to a blender and blend until smooth
  • Pour the mixture into a heated, oiled pan (vegan butter or sunflower oil work for this)
  • Cook the pancakes one at a time if you are using a smaller pan
  • Cook for five minutes on each side, flipping over half way through until golden brown
  • Top with chopped apple and choc shot (both optional)

  • Cook until golden brown, these pancakes are best served warm


    Apples are a great addition, they add sweetness to these sugar free pancakes whilst helping you eat more fruit


    This quick and simple vegan breakfast is perfect for anyone looking for a healthy option or trying a plant based diet
