Home made baked potato chips
is a healthy snack that is delicious in the evening.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 25 minutes
Makes: 4 servings
Ingredients
3 potatoes
Olive oil
Salt
Rosemary
Method
Washing and peel the three potatoes
Cut the potato into chip sized pieces
Place the chips into a pot with cold water
When the pot has boiled, remove the chips and drain the water.
Place the chips on a tray for the oven. Spray or wipe oil over all sides of the chips. Sprinkle some salt and place the rosemary over the top of the chips and place them in the oven.
After 25 minutes in the oven at over 200C, remove the chips and put them on a plate or in a bowl. Garnish with some rosemary.
