Homemade Vitamin Water
When you find you're in need of a vitamin boost make your own alkaline vitamin water. It's cheap, easy, and will give you that extra 'oomph' to get through the day.

Makes: 5 servings
Ingredients
Half a honeydew melon
1 apple
1 tsp of nettle leaves
Water
Method
Fill a large mason jar/glass jar with water and place in the fridge.
Quarter the melon and remove the seeds.
Slice the melon into chunks.
Chop the apple but leave the skin on.
Remove the mason jar from the fridge and fill with all the ingredients.
Refrigerate - it will keep for a week.
The blend of melon and apple is incredibly cooling and calming for the body. Pour some into a bottle and take it with you, to keep calm when stressful situations threaten to arise.
