Olive oil
Asparagus
Haloumi Cheese
Hommus Dip
Tomato
Sourdough Bread
Spring Onion
Method
Slice Haloumi cheese and cook until slightly brown on both sides
Cook asparagus in the same frying pan or you can blanch it in a different pot
Spread hummus over sour dough bread
Top sourdough bread with cooked Halumi, asparagus and tomato
Sprinkle chopped spring onions on top
