Keeping hydrated is always an issue, but chia seeds are a great way of creating a drink rich in electrolytes, protein and energy. Chia seed water is just as hydrating as coconut water, so drink up.

Ingredients
1 tsp of chia seeds


Method
  • Place the chia seeds in a glass.



  • Fill the glass with water.
