Hydrating Chia Seed Water

Keeping hydrated is always an issue, but chia seeds are a great way of creating a drink rich in electrolytes, protein and energy. Chia seed water is just as hydrating as coconut water, so drink up.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Makes: 1 servings

Ingredients
1 tsp of chia seeds


Method
Place the chia seeds in a glass.



Fill the glass with water.

Wait for 5 minutes and drink. Welcome to hydration haven.
