2 chopped green chillies
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
2 tablespoon oil
salt to taste
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
200 grams cream cheese
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Samosa leaves, as many as required (depends on the amount of mixture you stuff into the samosa)
Oil for frying
For coating 2 eggs
Heat oil in a pan.
Add onion and fry for 5 minutes.
Add chicken chunks and ginger garlic paste and fry for 4-5 minutes.
When the chicken starts changing colour add green and red bell pepper, jalapeños, cumin powder, black pepper powder, green chillies and salt.
Fry for few minutes and then add cream cheese.
Mix everything properly then turn the flame off.
Let the mixture cool down a bit.
Add grated cheddar cheese.
Take samosa leaves and using the chicken mixture as filling, fold the samosas.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
Beat two eggs in a bowl.
Dip samosas in beaten eggs and finally roll them into bread crumbs.
