One of the best combination of yogurt and gram flour. kadhi makes a delicious sunday lunch when served with plain steamed rice.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients
2 cups yogurt
1 cup gram flour (Besan)
4 cup water
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
2 dry red chillies
7-8 curry leaves
2 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
2 spoons vegetable Oil
2 teaspoon dry fenugreek powder (kasturi methi powder) 
Salt to taste

Method
Take yogurt, gram flour, water, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder and fenugreek powder in a bowl and Whisk well.





So as to ensure that there are no lumps.





Now heat oil in a big pan and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, dry red chillies, coriander seeds when they begin to sputter add ginger-garlic paste stir fry for 10- 15 seconds.





Now add yogurt batter.Stir well and bring it to a boil.





Then cook on medium flame until raw smell of gram flour goes away or for approx 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
