Kiwi Banana Breakfast Smoothie

This is a great way to boost energy in the morning. Same affects as a coffee, only much better and tastier for you.

Preparation Time: 3-5 minutes
Cooking Time: 3 minutes
Makes: 1-2



Ingredients
1-2 Bananas - chopped in 1/4
3-4 Kiwi fruit - peeled and cut in half
Handful of icecubes
Half a cup of water

Method
  • In your magic bullet or blender, blend together the banana, kiwi fruit, ice cubes and water for 1 minute or until all the ice is blended
  • Serve in your favorite glass. Its that simple.

  • Option to add fruit flavoured protein powder for extra thickness and nutrients
