Korean Instant Spicy Ramen

A recipe for the spicy food lovers. This Korean instant ramen is very popular among the net and many You-tubers used them to do the ramen challenge. Instead of using this noodle as a challenge, we shall enjoy the noodle. In this recipe, I added milk and cheese to balanced out the spiciness and add a hint of sweetness to the dish. Feel free to modify the recipe by adding eggs and sausages too! Happy cooking!

Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Makes: 1 serving

1 packet of instant noodle
3 cups of milk
1 slice of cheese

In a small pot, heat up 3 cups of milk over medium heat.

Add instant noodle and the dehydrated vegetable when milk starts bubbling. Let them cook for 5 minutes and stir constantly.

Drain out the excess milk and add the instant spicy ramen sauce according to one's liking. (I added half of the sauce in)

Lastly, let the cheese melt and mix them together. Add some spring onion and the noodle is ready to serve.

What may I use instead of dehydrated vegetable? My local grocery store does not sell them.

Also, how do you make the spicy Ramen sauce? Is it the packet of dry spice that comes with Ramen Noodles?
