Ingredients 10 chicken winglets
half fresh lemon
3 tbs honey
2 tbs cold water
1 ts salt
Squeeze half fresh lemon into juice, then mix with honey and cold water. Stir them until they are mixed well.
Use low heat to pan-fry both sides of the chicken winglets until they turn to golden brown, then put the salt evenly on top.
Put your juice and honey mixture into the pan just before the chicken is ready to serve, stir and and make sure every chicken wing absorbs the honey lemon sauce. Cook for about 1-2 minutes, then serve.
