Light Seabass Lunch
A very light seabass lunch, perfect if you're a healthnut, on the paleo, dukan or caveman diet. No grains, dairy or carbs. Delicious lightly flavoured seabass, with avocado aka THE superfruit superfood, on the side.

Makes: 1 servings
Ingredients
1 seabass fillet
1/2 an avocado
A sprinkling of lemon thyme
A pinch of Easy Tasty Magic Sumac and White Mischief
Method
Preheat the grill on the highest setting.
Sprinkle a pinch of lemon thyme and the sumac (purple jar) & white mischief (blue jar) onto the fillet.
Put the fillet under the grill.
Then halve an avocado.
Scoop out one half and plate up.
Take the seabass out of the grill and plate up.
