Light Seabass Lunch

A very light seabass lunch, perfect if you're a healthnut, on the paleo, dukan or caveman diet. No grains, dairy or carbs. Delicious lightly flavoured seabass, with avocado aka THE superfruit superfood, on the side.

Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 7 minutes
Makes: 1 servings

Ingredients
1 seabass fillet
1/2 an avocado
A sprinkling of lemon thyme
A pinch of Easy Tasty Magic Sumac and White Mischief



Method
  • Preheat the grill on the highest setting.



  • Sprinkle a pinch of lemon thyme and the sumac (purple jar) & white mischief (blue jar) onto the fillet.



  • Put the fillet under the grill.



  • Then halve an avocado.



  • Scoop out one half and plate up.



  • Take the seabass out of the grill and plate up.
