Chocolate pudding is a favourite of many people however many of us cannot eat the ordinary one made with sugar.
This recipe will satisfy your sweet tooth, while being healthy at the same time. It uses heart healthy avocados, potassium rich bananas, and antioxidant rich cacao to make this sweet, creamy pudding that visitors will be stumped as to what is in it!
Preparation Time: 10 minutes plus fridge time to set
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Ingredients Less than ½ ripe avocado
½ ripe banana
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp peanut butter, unsalted
¼ to ½ tbsp Agave or honey
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk (or Soy)
Combine all the ingredients in a processor or blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour carefully into 2 small glasses or dishes and put in the fridge for about 5 hours or until it thickens.
Serve with shaved dark chocolate and crumbled peanuts, or any type of small fruit for a delicious dessert - I added a strange shaped large grape!
