Low Fat Peanut Butter and Coconut Nicecream

This amazing nicecream is created using only one ingredient and is so healthy that it can be eaten for breakfast or dessert everyday of the week. This recipe creates perfect sweet, fluffy, and creamy icecream every-time and can be eaten plain or enjoyed with countless toppings. Here I have used coconut and Pb2 powder. Pb2 powder is peanuts that have had all the fat removed from them resulting in a powder that can be mixed with water to make a thin sauce or a thick paste.

This can just be bought in super markets but if you don't have any don't stress - just use normal peanut butter and warm it up in the microwave for a few seconds so it becomes lovely and runny.

Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 1 minutes
Serves: 1

3 frozen bananas
1 tbsp pb2 powder
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp of coconut

Depending on how good your blender or food processor is you may need water or mylk to get the nicecream blending.

Place your bananas in the blender. I peal and cut my ripe bananas into chunks and always freeze a big bunch of them ready to go at any time.
Once the bananas become a nicecream 'swirl' it is ready. Scoop out of your blender and into a bowl.

Make the 'peanut butter' by mixing the pb2 powder with the water until you reach your desired consistency - then pour over the heaped banana nicecream. Top with coconut and enjoy immediately.
