Mackerel Pate

A tasty (s)mackerel to spread on toast.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 9 minutes
Serves: 4-6

Ingredients
4 smoked mackerel fillets
50g spinach
1 red pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
75g cream cheese

Method
  • Grill the mackerel for nine minutes, turning them over half way through.

  • Chop the red pepper, then put everything in a food processor and blitz.

  • Spread the pate on toast or use as a dip for crudités.
