Great breakfast or post workout smoothie. Turmeric adds in an exotic flavor and it's a great anti-inflammatory.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Makes: 1 serving

Ingredients
1 cup milk
1 cup frozen mangoes
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
1/4 tsp turmeric

Method

  • Place all ingredients in blender.


  • Blend until well combined.


  • Serve right away.
