This sweet is made from just four ingredients (plus a bit of cardamom) and these include mango and coconut.
It is quite easy to make, and delicious to eat.

Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Serves: About 12 pieces
Ingredients
1½ cups desiccated coconut
½ cup milk
¼ cup coconut sugar (or caster)
½ cup mango pulp
Pinch cardamom powder
Few pistachios, chopped (or any other nut) optional
Method
In a saucepan, dry cook the coconut, or else put it under a grill taking care not to let it burn as it only takes a few minutes under the grill.
Mix in the milk, sugar and mango pulp.
Keep stirring till it gets thick and dries out - it will become one big "lump".
Take off the heat and mix in the cardamom powder, and if using, the nuts.
Line a baking tray with baking paper or grease it with butter.
Spread the mixture evenly onto the tray.
Let it set and when set, cut it into pieces.
