Mango Magic Smoothie
Don’t spend a fortune on those expensive shop bought smoothies. Try out this at home recipe and you will never look back. A healthy and satisfying afternoon treat.

Serves: 1
Ingredients
300 ml of mango nectar
¼ - ½ frozen banana
4 – 6 pieces of frozen mango
200 g of frozen vanilla yogurt *see note below
1 cup of ice.
Method
Put all ingredients in a Nutribullet or a strong blender and combine. The Nutribullet takes less than 30 seconds.
This smoothie works equally well with other juices. Substitute to suit your own taste.
Thick & creamy
Note: I like to portion and freeze up my own yogurt. Much more economical and contains a lot less sugar than a tub from the icecream section.
