My sister goes crazy for this, and we always order it when we're in a South American restaurant.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 8 minutes
Makes: 5 servings
Ingredients
200g dark chocolate
200g milk chocolate
1 tsp corn flour
1 tblsp icing sugar
1 tsp soft brown sugar
100ml full fat milk - change for dietary requirements (almond/rice milk will do)
1 small red chilli/ 1 8th of a teaspoon of chilli flakes
Half a tsp of grated nutmeg
Half a tsp of cinnamon

The precious chocolate
Method
Start by grating both chocolate bars into jar. Tip the chocolate into a saucepan and keep the heat low - never adjust the heat during this process.
Whisk continously until smooth.
Once smooth add the cornflour and mixed spice/nutmeg and cinnamon.
Add the sugar and chilli and keep whisking for a further 2 minutes.

Rich, chocolately indulgence
You will end up with a rich, chocolately, ever so slightly spiced mug of hot chocolate.
