Mini Garlic Pizza Bread

These tasty garlic pizza breads are so easy to make and can be prepared ahead of time and frozen. When I make pizza for dinner I like to have some of these to have as a side.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 12 minutes
Makes: 4

Four mini pre cooked pizza bases
2 cups of grated tasty cheese
4 tablepspoons of garlic butter (Tru Blu brand)

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees celcius or 200 fan forced.
Take pizza bases out of the packet on to a cutting board to prepare.
Start in the centre spreading with garlic butter almost all the way to the edge, leaving about 1/2-1 cm for the crust.

Level about 1/2- 1 cm edge for the crust

Top each pizza with desired amount of cheese, and wrap in alfoil.
Pizzas can be frozen up to three months. Use a permanent marker and write the date made onto the alfoil of each one and place into the freeze until ready to use.
When ready to cook pizzas, preheat the oven to 200 degrees fan forced.

Add cheese and your pizza is ready to cook

Cook for 12 minutes until golden and the cheese has melted.
Cut into four and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
For extra crispy and golden, leave pizzas in for about about 2-5 minutes

For the garlic butter I use Tru Blu brand, but you can use any garlic butter for this.

If you prefer you can also make your own garlic butter by mixing softened butter with minced garlic and dried herbs of your choice.

The pizza bases are available at the supermarket in the cold section in a 12 pack. I make some into pizzas and save four for my garlic pizza breads.
