Mini Pizza Toasties

A healthy breakfast or lunch on the run.

Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Makes: 2 servings

Ingredients
Wholemeal bread
Mushrooms
Spinach
Rocket
Tasty cheese
Tomato
Ranch sauce

Method
Set grill on medium-high and toast one side of the wholemeal bread.

In the meantime chop and slice the cheese, mushrooms, and tomato.

Lightly toast the other side of the bread.

Place all toppings except ranch sauce on lightly toasted side.

Cook for a further two minutes approximately, checking every now and then.

Drizzle ranch sauce and season to taste
